The podcast introduces students to how they can use their French language skills in future, including in studying History at university. This podcast has resulted from French, History and You: Making Connections from A Level to University, a new collaborative network co-organised by Broch and Gordon, linking teachers of A Level French together with contemporary French history specialists in teaching-led universities, forging new links between teachers and students of A Level French and university French history expertise directly relevant to topics on the A Level French curriculum.

In Episode 1 they Broch and Gordon talk with two teachers of French A-Level, Katty Jakob (Acland Burlhey secondary school in North London) and Florence Robles (Runshaw College in Leyland), discussing the highs and lows of teaching French and all of the things that their students can go on to do with language skills. (Soon available via Apple Podcasts)
