Modern French History @IHR – BOOK LAUNCH – The Memory of Colonialism in Britain and France

Itay Lotem (Author) has recorded a brief presentation of his new book The Memory of Colonialism in Britain and France (Palgrave Macmillan, 2021). To hear him elaborate on these points and to be in discussion with Natalya Vince (Portsmouth) and Berny Sèbe (Birmingham), two specialists of modern colonial history, do join us in person on Monday 4 October 2021.

Itay Lotem is a Senior Lecturer in French Studies at the University of Westminster in London and is a historian of memory, race and political movements in contemporary Europe.
